The past week has been utterly important to me: I’ve been doing more and more inner work, cleaning, clearing and releasing whatever I could find that was no longer serving my highest purpose. And my highest purpose is to do whatever it takes to embrace a life of contentment, of balance and harmony.
My highest purpose is to become a healer through words, and to help others discover their inner beauty, wisdom and magnificence.
I believe that each and everyone of us is special. I believe that each and everyone of us has something special to offer to this world. I believe that there is an immense power & light within us, of which we are not conscious yet.
When I embarked on this journey, I knew it wasn’t going to be easy and I knew that I had to do my own inner work and to deal with my own limitations.
It is only by the power of example and by walking my talk that I know how to teach and to heal.
That being said, I dedicated the past week to do more inner work and to find those teachers & those ideas that would challenge me, intrigue me and push me out of my comfort zone. I “stumbled” upon Gabrielle Bernstein, whom I have been avoiding in the past, for the only reason that I wasn’t ready yet to receive and to understand her messages. But I am ready now, so I listened to various audios & videos on her youtube channel and her words definitely hit home. I encourage you to listen/watch this particular 90-minutes free training on how to discover your highest purpose, on how to run your spiritual business & on how to live a life of meaning and purpose. It’s all here, so take a look.
I am also doing more journaling and praying as often as I can. Sometimes I face resistance, sometimes I make myself look busy, so as to not do the work I’m supposed to be doing, and yet, I gather all my strength to return to what is important to me at this stage and to make all the necessary adjustments in my lifestyle and daily routine.
For instance today, I started off my day by:
- doing a new lesson from A Course in Miracles ( I am just at the beginning/ today was Lesson no. 9 for me)
- listening to Doreen Virtue’s weekly oracle reading for November 10 – November 16
- journaling and praying in silence over my work
- writing this blog post in all honesty and without any fear or censorship
As the day goes by, I will try to insert more of these uplifting activities into my schedule. And while my journey is unfolding with each new step I take in finding my true self, I am aware that:
The work of a lightworker is continuous and requires courage, commitment, discipline and self-motivation.
There is no easy or hard way to do this: the only way to do it is by actually doing it – not thinking about it, not (only) wishing for it, not hoping that it will just happen to us – but by actually doing it. Day by day. Every day.
So, my dear fellow lightworkers/ healers and special people out there, where are you now on your journey to self-discovery? Are you living your dream? Are you crafting your dream? Are you doing the inner work? Where are you now?
